Our client is a well established Windows and Doors manufacturer expanding their business in the Rimouski region. The person they're looking for will be responsible for managing show room sales, 1 representative and branch operations. This is a hands on player coach role.

Functions:

Meet with potential clients in the showroom and on the road to ensure proper sales funnel
Take mesaurements at client locations in order to create proper quotes
Actively participate in direct sales in order to attain branch sales objectives
Act as the main ressource for your branch
Ensure the respect of internal policies and procedures set by head office
Ensure continuous and proper training of your sales representatives
Coach and encourage your representatives in their sales and closing techniques
Ensure accuracy of quotes for you and your representatives. Correct them when necessary
Direct contractor quotes above $75,000 to head office
Ensure accuracy on reports pertaining to kilometer and cell phone usage for your representatives
Authorize discounts as per head office protocol

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-secondary studies or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Min 3 years exp within the Windows and Doors industry
  Sales driven individual - Capable coach
