Our client is a well known manufacturer.The primary function of this position is to manage commercial business, which includes dealers, national accounts, Original Equipment accounts, and end users, within an assigned territory and in a manner that generates sales. This position must develop, maintain, and grow the company's market share within an assigned territory. Analyze customer needs, research their current purchasing patterns, and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.


- Create an annual business plan for your assigned territory, so that it rolls up to the Region - Conduct market analysis and establish target National Accounts including a formulated plan using business solutions selling techniques to achieve maximum account penetration with detailed analysis. - Maintain open business relationships with distributors in order to maintain an effective Sales Strategy to displace the competition in all product offering
- Be the primary contact and market expert for the outlet Manager and its employees in your assigned territory on all products, which include features, benefits and product application. - Promote new technology and business solutions selling. Assist the outlet with any concerns or road blocks that might be a deterrent from seeing value or using these tools - Take ownership and the lead role in bringing to resolution any concerns including National Account credit, product adjustments and other of the company's programs or policies that become a deterrent in the outlets daily activity.
- Maintain open business relationships with fleets in order to maintain or gain wheel positions from the competition by building an effective fleet specific Sales Strategy for all products. - Ensure Commercial Marketing Programs for New and Retreads, are effectively communicated and understood by all Commercial Outlets and personnel who function on a Commercial level in your assigned territory. - Ensure Commercial National Account Programs are effectively communicated to the company's National Account fleet and personnel in your assigned territory.
- Keeping your Commercial Region Manager informed of competitive activity, pricing, product offering, policy administration, and competitive positioning by submitting weekly highlights. - Interact and support all Regional associates in your role of Commercial Account Manager on behalf of your Region , and Canadian the company's Commercial Sales and Marketing team.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor is a plus, relevant experience will be considered
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 to 7 years sales experience Experience selling to distributors is a plus
