Our client owns and operates many seniors'residence are looking for a sales representative to work on the Laval. This individual chosen will be excellent at building relationships as a principal source of leads come from long term relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, specialists, physicians and CLSCs. Part of your role will be to plan and execute events so that family members get familiar with the residence and feel comfortable with us. Our company has a strong corporate culture based upon principals of service, core values and is performance driven. This position is for the sales person who wants to make a difference while earning a living.Functions:
Uses discretion and independent judgment in identifying referral sources and how much time to devote to particular marketing strategies
Generates leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources
Reviews and facilitates the Move-In Packet with the resident and /or family
Generates leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources
Reviews and facilitates the Move-In Packet with the resident and /or family
Strives to meet or exceed targeted occupancy and sales
Assists in the presentation and value of company products and services for our residents, families and team members and targeted referral sources
Creates and updates Quarterly Marketing Plan

Develops strategy for each prospect from initial inquiry through the final decision
Plans and executes monthly presentations to professional referral sources

Maintains a thorough working proficiency of Customer Relationship Management lead tracking database
Keeps contact records current on a computerized lead tracking system
Conducts bi-annual competitive market research ranking and analysis and accurately reports data on the competitor tracking form
Keeps abreast of professional developments in the field by reading, attending conferences and training sessions

Job Requirements:
Academic | *College degree preferred |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | Successful marketing and sales experience |
Ability to work 2 weekends per month Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment |
