Our client is looking for a District Sales manager who will oversee the sales of 4 boutiques across Quebec. Your role will be to support the management of all sales activities and promotion. In addition to being responsible for the overall performance of stores to achieve the goals set by your Director, the incumbent must also contribute significantly to the achievement of strategic objectives such as effective marketing of a diverse range of products and the continued development of customer service

Functions:

Act as an interface between head office and stores;
Assist in the development of objectives for the stores, communicate and monitor them;
Provide administrative and organizational support from store managers;
Meet then periodically
Work with managers to market products and guide them to optimize the promotion and sale of our products;
Coordinate promotions ensure implementation
Responsible for research and purchase of specific new products. Communication with suppliers, negotiation and monitoring of procurement;
Develop communication strategies offers, promotions, advertising and follow up with stores;

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in business administration, marketing, business or equivalent relevant experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of five (5) years experience in retail in a management role
  You have a great sense of creativity and a keen interest in market trends and interests in our target audience
