Company Profile:

Our client is one of the leaders in corporate language learning and is looking for an experienced sales person to sell and service mid to large size accounts. The account manager will spend time developing new business (50%), working with their 3rd party lead generation company (25%) and working with existing accounts (25%). This position reports directly to the President.

Functions:

Target accounts to sell and develop strategy to sell them
Establish and maintain a pipeline
Coordinate and work with outside lead generation firm to follow up on leads and refine the lead generation program
Examine and work with existing customers to upsell
Maintain exceptional customer service with existing accounts
Seek out and work on government tenders and RFPs.

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken); strong written skills in French required
Experience Minimum 5 years selling to the Human Resources department
  Dynamic self starter needed
Ability to coordinate with instructors
Ability to talk "big picture"and strategize with President (which markets, services to pursue and competitive landscape)
