Our client supplies time and attendance software and HR life-cycle management tools to some of the world's largest companies. Their software is installed in over 1000 companies across Canada and can benefit from 10 to 20,000 employees. Their solutions are used in manufacturing, retail, transportation, healthcare, long-term care facilities and more. They offer a variety of "off the shelf" and customizable solutions. They are in the process of expanding their Quebec sales team and looking for a seasoned software sales professional with a proven track record.


Monthly, quarterly and annual quota is met / exceeded.
Generates and develops new business opportunities to maintain adequate ratio in sales funnel to meet / exceed revenue requirements (minimum 3x to close).
Manages and continually moves forward opportunities utilizing the company’s predefined business processes during the entire sales cycle from needs analysis, presentation, proposal to close.
Identifies, documents, translates and communicates customer needs and requirements into a defined solution(s) and presentation providing ROI, cost savings and improved efficiencies / error reductions.
Presentations – high impact with clear differentiation of the company vs. competition (delivers remotely vial online technology).
Increasing sales in all existing customer base: Enlarging footprint for upgrade to existing customer base.
Customer Satisfaction: - The quality of service and interactions. - Appointments (on time and prepared). - Meet deadlines. - Quick response. - Interpersonal relationships (internal and external).
Provides real time and relevant information to management.
Assists in coaching / mentoring Inside Sales Team members in their ongoing product / professional development as assigned.
Assists to ensure collections are being received according to contractual agreements.

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum DEC or college degree.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience 6-8 years of successful selling of software or related product.
Understands and has demonstrated selling value to customers.
Has overachieved in a similar role.
