Our client, a global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions, is looking for a senior Business Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for selling Staffing Services by creating and implementing strategies to identify, prospect and secure business opportunities.

Functions:

Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth for specific geographic areas. - Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, focusing primarily on higher margin retail prospects and new business opportunities within active and inactive accounts.
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales calls, networking, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings. - Work closely with the team to strategize and build pipelines of quality. - Develop an understanding of all services and offerings and be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with customer base. - Leverage existing client relationships to expand service offerings in named accounts. - Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of consulting projects. Align the solutions with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.
Meet regularly with Managing Director to review/coordinate sales efforts and build territory business plan.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the IT field. - Equivalent experience selling Staffing services will be considered
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 years proven outside direct sales experiences with focus in consultative and solution oriented sales approaches. - Experience selling IT staffing services
  Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: IT, Engineering, Télécommunications, Scientific, Financial is an asset. - Understanding of technical/professional services staffing experience is required. - Ability to interact, listen, influence and Partner in a Professional and engaging manner with hight level decision-makers. - PC and Internet skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office includiing Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
