This newly created position is for a sales manager who will start by learning their business then recruiting , training and motivating a team of sales people. You will be their "go-to" person and be responsible for the smooth running of the commercial business. This is an opportunity for someone to make their mark and participate in the success of the company.

Functions:

Identify and recruit a quality sales team -Spend time on the road coaching and guiding team members
Provide regular training sessions to improve team members' skills -Monitor sales activities for your team
Plan and schedule sales plans and activities -Manage the day to day operations of this division
Identify the individual training needs of your team members -Provide regular feedback to management

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 years experience coaching and managing a sales team where heavy cold calling is needed
  Team player -Able to gain respect from people around you
