Our client is one of the high level Microsoft Partners. They are a fast growing company that have already received numerous recognition prizes for their excellence in their field. They offer strategic consulting and specialized managed services of Microsoft technologies to medium and large enterprises.

Functions:

This is a new position in the organisation, reporting to the President with 70% sales tasks VS 30% coordination tasks (events coordination, contract preparation,...).
The Account Manager will work closely with prospective clients in a consultative role to position the company's professional services and managed services solutions.
In addition the position will manage all aspects of the company's business development and client relationships.
Identifies opportunities and target markets for company's services.
Manage the sales process for opportunities created through the company's leads generation process and principally from your prospection.
Gather client requirements and prioritize for both existing and future opportunities.
Negociation of client contracts and preparation of these.
Develop long-term client relationships and have strong "customer-first" philosophy.
Identify issues associated with integrating company's offering into client sites.
Develop positive working relationships with key company partners (Microsoft).
Achieve assigned revenue goals and objectives.
Participate in the staff meeting every 2 weeks.
Do the preparation and events coordinations (clients training, informations sessions, trade shows,...).

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in marketing or IT field.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 4 to 5 years of sales experience of outsourcing IT professionnal services to mid-size companies.
Proven sales track record in prospecting clientele and developing strong relationships with senior executives within targeted accounts.
Possess previous experience in executing and managing large contracts such as Master Services Consulting Agreements.
  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Professional, result oriented, dynamic, self-starter, reliable and honest.
