Company Profile:

Our client specializes in finding research and development tax credits and telecom expense management solutions for companies. The role of General Manager is to manage the Montreal operations which includes spending 50% of your time managing sales. You will also be responsible for managing consultants, operations and administrative staff; 12 in total. You will also be responsible for feeding lists to call to their call centre. This position is available because the current General Manager has been promoted.

Functions:

Manage the day to day runnings of the office
Manage and supervise the sales team by assisting on sales calls
Recruit top sales people-create profile to hire
Manage the inside and outside consultants
Manage and review P&L and make recommendations for improvements
Develop accounts so that you can act as a model for the sales team
Participate in strategic planning
Determine additional markets where we should be present
Insure compliance with company plolicies
Train and develop your people
Motivate your team

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years relevant experience needed
  Strong sales background needed
Experience with full P&L required
Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team is a must
