Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of commercial cleaning equipment and is adding a new role to their Canadian team.


Present and close sales to targeted end users working with Strategic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Regional Accounts selling teams
Work with assigned distributor to define a joint business/growth plan which will be highly focused on advancing machine/equipment sales
Oversee development of distributor's local & regional plans.
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Train and enable distributors - Work with assigned distributor headquarter and branch locations to effectively cascade knowledge, information and tools to drive distributor
Deliver on company value proposition
Complete key administrative tasks such as contract management, pricing, rebate and promotion coordination, management of marketing funds, customer relationship and activity reporting, budgeting, forecasting, travel and expenses

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5+ years sales experience preferred in institutional and industrial market segment/ Business to Business sales and account management experience
  Industry and sector knowledge or proven ability to learn quickly
Proven Results selling at the executive level to target customers with ability to build relationships at multiple levels of the target customer's organization.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills
Strong mechanical and electronic aptitude or the ability to learn it quickly
Willingness to work with customers at night and other hours to demonstrate products and solutions
