Functions:

- Ability to consistently cold call on potential new customers within the territory. - Create demand within your existing customer base. - The Eye Care Territory Manager is responsible for developing the promotion Eye Care brands in their professional account base.
- Maintains, analyzes and utilizes territory records and other information to effectively and efficiently plan, organize, execute, measure and record results as a territory manager. - Makes planned sales presentations to practitioners consistent with our quarterly cycle program for the Eye Care products.
- Maintains professionalism and good customer relations. - Exercises good judgment for the expense of company funds. - Timely submission of all administrative requests. - Regular contact in the field with optometrists, opticians, business managers, marketing managers, technicians/assistants, receptionists and purchasers.
- Regular verbal and written communication with National Sales Manager and KAM’s for the purpose of supervision and direction. - Contact with Product Manager and Director of Sales as required. - Contact with sales and marketing support staff as required.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must possess a College or University degree with emphasis in business or biological sciences (equivalent to 3-4 years of education).
Languages Bilingualism both written and spoken (French and English)
Experience Sales and/or management career orientation. Must have achieved senior representative status. Minimum of 3-4 years of B2B experience
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ; High energy level, self-motivated.
