Functions:

Assume overall accountability for establishing and implementing an effective sales force, meeting district and regional sales goals with budgeted resources and developing regional sales strategies.
Utilize resources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies.
Plan, develop and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential client.
Analyze account profitability and work with sales representatives in determining sales techniques, advertising and market penetration.
Promote the company's and reaffirm corporate image in the territory through ad hoc events and associations.
Ongoing maintenance of a sales infrastructure relating to information/ reporting systems, proposal generation, communication, and information sharing.
Sell new business in several capacities including: Key / National Accounts, sales support for sales team.
Counsel, train and guide a team of 9 sales people direct reports to drive tactical plans down through the organization in order to achieve sales goals.
Recruit, hire, set goals, monitor performance and discipline sales representatives and other direct reports.
Individually motivate and evaluate sales teams to develop new business.
Provide formal and informal training delivery in appropriate areas, including: time management, prospecting, qualification, selling skills, sales strategy, product knowledge, and proposal writing.
Coach and assist sales representatives in the preparation of special proposals including, pricing quotations, terms of sales and transfer dates as requested by potential customers.
Pricing Management - Implement pricing decisions and standards as approved by local General Managers and Regional Vice Presidents.
Operations Coordination - Facilitate communication between sales and operations to ensure service quality, service ease and profitability.
Set Quotas in conjunction with Corporate Standards.
Sales Reporting - Accountable for the accurate and timely submission of sales reports.
Understand and maintain current knowledge on the company's products, services, features, benefits and applications for the company services and systems.
Keep informed on competitive services, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies.
Sales - Absolute authority to maximize sales productivity within budget, reaching quota and maintaining targeted price levels.
As the extended arm of Corporate Marketing, implement marketing programs and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Languages Effective bi-lingual (French & English) communicator, possessing both written and verbal skills
Experience 4+ years succesfull of sales management with a focus on new business development, preferably in a closely related business service industry.
3 years minimum B2B selling experience in a service industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team to consistently exceed quotas is a must.

Compensation will be commensurate with skill level and experience and includes base salary, monthly commissions, quarterly bonus, annual bonus (1st year targeted earnings are in the $130,000 to $160,000 range)
