Our client is a long-standing printer who is well respected. They have a steady base of customers and they are looking for a Sales Manager to upsell and stabilize that base of customers. Your role will be dual as you will be a player/coach; selling and managing. The intention is for someone strong enough and with an interest in becoming a shareholder. This unique opportunity means that you come in knowing the printing world, structure sales, sell yourself then become a shareholder.

Functions:

Develop new markets and new business
Visit our existing customers in an effort to cross sell
Develop new products/services for our markets
Establish a marketing strategy for short and long term
Structure sales department
Set objectives
Work with owner to transition into shareholder/owner

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum college degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management needed
  Good business head on your shoulders
Knows how to structure a sales team
Strong interpersonal skills-you get along with people from a variety of departments
