Our client is firm specilaized in web,mobile and iPad initiatives to enterprise clients. We are searching for a senior account manager to manage 3 to 5 select enterprise accounts.Your role will be to spot trends, advise customers, be the thought leader, come up with a web strategy, understand matrixs and upsell it.You are familiar with web design, development and web technology and can verbalize it to the client. You must be comfortable and have previous experience in presenting to senior level executives, your vision, for their on-line operations.

Functions:

Define medium and long term strategic goals and develop/manage road maps that achieve goals
Provide direction with respect to overall functionality of all products, including developing wireframes to communicate your ideas
Provide tactical plan for use (and integration) websites, divisional websites, micro-sites, blogs, social media outlets, mobile sites/apps, iPad apps and third party partner sites
Develop content development plans for use across all on-line initiatives for varied content types (written, video, animation, photos)
Consult with all relevant constituents and solicit from them their objectives and target goals for their on-line operations
Develop care 'success' metrics for products / services, track progress toward success goals and provide business value associated with each metric
Review all competitors and evaluate relative pros/cons of each product / service offering
Collaborate with internal branding and design resources to ensure that products are reflective of client brand
Represent client's interests with internal project management and development teams to ensure that product development priorities are correct and road map timelines are on track

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience
Languages Excellent spoken and written English required as you will be handling clients in the U.S
Experience At least 5 years experience in on-line services with at least 2 years in a strategy related role
  Strong presentation skills especially to large groups and senior level executives
Strong organzational, written and communication skills
Very creative perspective on how to drive off-line businesses on-line and how to maximize use of all on-line digital opportunities
Previous experience in working directly with outside clients
