Our client is a telecommunications hardware and service company. They primarily engage in the business of selling new office phone systems. They do everything from start to finish (demo, to installation, to service). This position works in conjunction with the Account Executive Team to convert leads into customers. As the primary lead generator in new business development, this is the ideal role for a driven sales person to make a difference. The ideal candidate is a skilled sales hunter who is interested in participating in a fun, energetic and motivated team.

Functions:

Prospect and develop new clients -Assist with lead generation to Outbound sales force -Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives
Visit client establishments to better understand their environment -Negotiate signature of our client service agreement contracts
Keep CRM information on your clients up to date
Participate in weekly meetings and other team building activities

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in a business development role
  Must have good listening skills - Must be a sharp communicator - Must have a proven track record in sales
