40 000,00$-45 000,00$/Yr

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of lubrication and is looking for a new phase of growth with an aggressive expansion project. In order to assist us in achieving our goals, we are looking for a representative . You will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customers in the territory that will be assigned in addition to developing new customers. You will be supported in your efforts by a proven marketing program. Our client provides training in consultative sales, regular feedback and professional coaching. The compensation plan includes a base salary and commission.

Functions:

Reporting to the President , the representative assures the realization of all activities related to business development (prospecting) -Ensures the loyalty of existing customers base and customer service -Meets and exceeds targets for assigned territory
Uses the technique of " Consultative Sales " and delivered the Corporate Mission as clearly defined -Performs solicitation / tracking to find new customers, through search engine via the internet such as potential valuation basis , various criteria , such as: Industry, business type and geographic area
Meet decision-makers to discuss with them the situation of the company, experienced problems in order to establish a first contact for understanding what business solutions could be presented. -Analyze current distributor and end-customer needs and offer solutions
Keep track of customer orders -Performs courtesy visits to available customers and probe for additional development potential is possible, or if the current importance of this customer on the company's business is relevant

Job Requirements:

Academic College Degree or equivalent years of experience in a technical field
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years of outside sales and customer service in industrial sales -Being comfortable in a computerized environment experience in industry is mandatory.
  Techical knowledge would is necessary -Good understanding of customer needs -Ability to create interest on the part of the customer -Good communication, patience and perseverance -Adaptability , diplomacy and ability to listen -Shows great concern and respect for all customers and suppliers -Demonstrate a large positivism towards the Company to be able to represent it with conviction
