Company Profile:

The Client Account manager is the key point of contact for one of our biggest clients and your role is to act as the intermediary between our company and our client. You manage the account's day to day by being proactive. You manage both the external and internal customers by ensuring that needs are met and communicated in a timely fashion. You are highly organized and have demonstrated exceptional customer service to major accounts in the past.

Functions:

Coordinate and manage your customers' programs and rollouts -Manage existing client relationship to fully understand and meet their order specs in a timely manner.
Ensure the successful on-going management of customers’ programs -Communicate/coordinate the flow of information with various departments
Proactively manage tasks and problem solve -Proactively partner with customers to ensure accurate inventory demand projections are assembled and communicated to the company in a timely manner
Constantly follow up and communicate clearly with clients and all necessary departments -Generate and distribute reports of various types as requested by the customer and required by the company

Job Requirements:

Academic Cegep degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5-7 years in related position with emphasis on customer service
  Highly organized -Great communicator -Great coordination skills -Ability to work independently -Highly professional when dealing with clients
