Our client is a national player in the telecommunications arena and is looking for a technical Regional Sales Manager who will manage a team of data specilaists who work hand in hand with the sales directors and their sales teams. You will provide guidance and coaching to sales engineers who will develop and manage the opportunities brought to them by the generalists sales people.

Functions:

Driving sales strategies that support organizational objectives and that position the company for long-term growth.
Coaching, developing and leading the regional Solution Consultants team.
Leading and mentoring team members in solution selling activities and driving to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
Developing strong working relationships with Regional sales teams and cross-functional peers.
Partnering with Regional Sales teams to meeting and exceeding joint solution sales objectives.
Recruiting, training and developing new employees, as well as training and development of existing Solution Consultants.
Effective management of sales operations (OPEX, forecasting and headcount).

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 8+ years sales management experience needed
  Highly proactive individual
Can inspire and motivate others
Sells based on business drives and can have ROI conversation with clients
Drives solutions and solution selling
Experience in working with partners developing and managing "third party" channels.
