Our client is an industry leader in providing financial services. They use their well-established distribution network which include chartered banks, credit unions, investment and planning firms. They are a publically traded company with aggressive growth plans in the province of Quebec. This inside position is to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to semi-qualified leads. This is the start to a great career with this client.
Training:
*2 weeks training at Toronto head office *The consultant will be required to take the Mortgage Brokers course within the first 6 months of their employment; which the client will reimburse (approximate cost $250)
Requirements
Academic: *Minimum College degree (DEC) required
# years of experience: *Minimum 2 years in a sales and customer service role
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)-written French is a must
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Good knowledge of MS Office *Can type while speaking on the phone
Travel (time): *No overnight travel required other than initial training program and annual sales gala.
Other: *Regular work hours except for once every 6 to 8 weeks will be required to work 12 noon until 8 pm. *We need someone who is at ease forming relationships with people over the phone *We need someone who is patient but still is results-driven *We need someone articulate in both languages *You should be good at digging deeper to get more detailed information *You must be comfortable being measured by certain matrix such as # of booked appointments, quality and depth of information captured etc

Other 1: *Receive calls from prospects *Make calls to "warm"clients already interested in the product/service
Other 2: *Capture as much information as possible with potential client on the phone *Book appointments for sales reps
Other 3: *Listen to clients and build rapport with them *Follow company guidelines and standards of performance such as # of appts booked, quality of information harvested etc.
Other 4: *Work in conjunction with sales person assigned to you *Perform data entry while on the phone with client
