Our client is a well established distributor that operates across Canada. Due to the growth of their company , they are in need of an additional inside sales rep. The inside sales rep will be responsible for cross selling and upselling customers when they call in to place their orders. This is not an order taking role but a sales role.
Training:
*Extensive 3 month training to learn the products and client base
Requirements
Academic: *College degree or equivalent experience *Science background or knowledge of the human body would be an asset
# years of experience: *Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software
Travel (time): *No overnight travel required
Other: *Possess a high degree of integrity *Has a high degree of professionalism *Disciplined *Strong computer skills-ability to type in orders, make notes and search the database while on the phone with the client
