Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00
Monthly commissions + bonus: $0.00
Quarterly commissions + bonus: $0.00

Company profile
Our client is a worldwide provider of infrastructure management and business intelligence. They sell Software as a service (SaaS), business intelligence, managed services, customer relationship management (CRM) and training. They have been equally successful selling to private industry as to government. They are expanding into Quebec and are looking for a strong business development rep who is used to selling projects in the order of $250k, can work with long sales cycles and high activities.

Requirements
Academic: *Degree in Higher education
# years of experience: *3+ years of outside sales preferably in software sales selling to medium and large businesses
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Familiar with Enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months) *Understands the legalities and paperwork with large and small IT transactions
Travel (time): *No overnight travel required
Other: *Sales experience in prospecting, business development, and account management needed *Looking for someone agressive in sales not with their customers *Professional, sharp appearance *Looking for someone who is intrerested in learning and that will take advantage of online tools to learn about the ever-changing industry
Function
Development vs maintenance (%): 80% vs 20%
Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%
Other 1: *Prospecting, networking and driving new business in your assigned region *80% of company's business is to the end user, 20% is through 3rd parties and your role will be to manage those 3rd party relationships
Other 2: *Maintaining current incumbent customers in their prescribed region
Other 3: *Reps will coordinate with partner reps to develop leads and penetrate defined territory strategically *The representative will also be responsible for meeting a software and services quota annually and will be bonused accordingly if the quota is met.
Other 4: *Sell 70% of business to the commercial sector and 30% of the business to government agencies *Representative will be provided formal sales training, but will also be required to facilitate their own software self-enablement training
