Academic: *Bachelor’s degree
# years of experience: *Minimum 3 years industrial or commercial experience in marketing or product management.
Language: *Bilingual: Exceptional writing and speaking skills in English required, French an asset

Transferable knowledge: *Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point *Excellent communication skills

Other 1: *Support the development and execution of divisional & corporate strategic plans *Manage the lifecycle of specific products and/or industries. Includes visit of local customers and prospects to better understand the needs of the marketplace. *Development & communication of the product vision & strategy on a 1- 3 year roadmap, with readiness to redirect should market conditions change
Other 2: *Develop individual business plans for each initiative (new and existing products). Gather information on potential customers, margins, competitors, product requirements and the needs of the marketplace. *Develop the launch programs for New Products. *Research industrial market applications of the product via the Internet, directories etc…
Other 3: *Develop sales tools which help communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages. *Deliver a monthly review of actual achievement vs. revenue forecast to Sales Managers *Generate and execute Marketing Programs to increase brand recognition and awareness within the organization
Other 4: *Guarantee correct use of all Brand/Logo packaging with Suppliers, Purchasing, Production, NPD, Receiving and Quality Control *Coordinate all trade show initiatives, such as, pre-show, during show, and post show details, including follow up on leads. *Coordinate all lead generation obtained from diversified resources. *Assist in planning & execution of annual Sales Management meeting
