Salary: $55,000.00 to $55,000.00

They are looking for a sales professional to cover the greater Montreal area including the east end, the west island and the South shore and the Laval area. The ideal candidate is IT savy and understands the digital world.

Requirements
Academic: *Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business related field or equivalent.
# years of experience: *3 to 5 years of outside B2B experience of quantifiable sales success *The ideal candidate will have sold electronic storage and/or software
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: *Proven track record of above-quota achievement. *Proven experience developing a strong relationship with a direct selling organization and C-level clients.
Transferable knowledge: *Proven track record and an ability to articulate how to drive rapid revenue growth in new markets. *Experience working with a direct selling organization and prospects to define solutions that provide value to both the prospect and the company *Experience in disaster recovery planning, enterprise storage management, cloud storage, or digital products and solutions is a plus.
Travel (time): *No overnight travel required
Other: Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Development vs maintenance (%): 80% vs 20%

Other 1: *Meet or exceed assigned quota *Identify customer's current needs, potential needs, and articulate the company's competitive advantages. *Collaborate with the company's Sales groups to meet or exceed assigned territory quota.
Other 2: *Work with sales group to establish a sales plan for the territory with specific targets. *Develop and drive the sales strategy on large opportunities in the territory; involve resources as required. *Maximize heavy prospecting in order to develop clients, which includes initiating new leads to call on a weekly basis and follow up on the leads.
Other 3: *Set up appointments with customer base to keep the ‘pipeline’ at 3 times the assigned quotas. *Track all activity in Salesforce.com
Other 4: *Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota at current and previous positions *Balanced strategy based selling into large account while remaining committed to local opportunities
