Laurence has accumulated several years of experience in the banking sector, having been part of the TD team for just over 5 years. Attached to the President’s office, one of her main responsibilities was to address escalated complaints at the highest level. It was at this moment that Laurence realized she thrived in a customer service and sales environment. She was responsible for hiring, training, and managing teams to bring them to an exemplary level of customer service, and today, that’s what she embodies at Sirius Personnel. Since 2022, Laurence has been identifying sales and marketing talents, interviewing them, and connecting them with excellent clients; all of this, with exemplary customer service.
