Profile: Our client sells lab testing services to a variety of industries; home appliances, electronics, automotive, aerospace, ebikes etc and is looking for a Business development representative to sell these services in and around Quebec to manufacturers looking to get their products certified/compliance. Some knowledge of electronics/electrical would be an asset because you will be calling on manufacturers who need to get their products certified/tested before launching on the market.

Salary: Base $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience and technical knowledge
Commissions/Bonus: $30,000 at 100% of plan

Years of experience: At least 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a technical product/service

- Finding and reaching out to potential clients using both digital tools (like CRM software) and good old-fashioned networking and cold calling.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers from all kinds of industries.
- Introducing clients to our top-notch testing services and making sure they understand how we can help them.
- Invite potential clients to our plant and involve technical staff with demos and presentations
- Hitting sales targets and playing a key role in growing our company.
- Using your bilingual skills in French and English to engage with a diverse group of clients.
