Profile: Our client provides services to the food and CPG (consumer packaged goods) is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Manager who will play a pivotal role in transforming our customer service from order-taking to problem-solving and process ownership.

Territory: Canada
Workplace: Hybrid 3 days at office either in Montreal or Quebec city
Products/Services: Food manufacturing and CPG logistics and handling
Salary: Base $90,000
Commissions/Bonus: 15% on base annually
Car allowance: km reimbursement
Expense’s reimbursement: all expenses reimbursed

Functions:
  • lead and inspire  a team of customer service representatives and their supervisors to become proactive problem solvers
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs
  • From time to time, meet with major clients
  • Travel throughout Canada to our different locations to ensure consistency
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve
  • Implement any training, that you see fit
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance
  • Meet with other managers within operations and other departments to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Empower the team to proactively identify and solve customer issues

  
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: N/A
Road vs Office:20% vs 80%
Languages: French and English required
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience needed
Training: On the job training provided
Overnight Travel: 1 trip every quarter
Years of experience: At least 10 years experience with a 5 years in supervisory role
Other requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Comfortable with change management
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Experience and comfortable meeting clients face to face
