Profile: Our client is a global logistics leader and pioneer offering unparalleled shipping, transportation, and e-commerce solutions. They are committed to reliability and innovation continuing to shape the future of global transport shipping. They are looking to hire an inside sales representative to grow their business through provided leads, cold calling and building long lasting relationships with existing customers. If you have 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role, you are and have a hunter mentality, have the willingness and desire to work hard, learn, and grow, the opportunity to be promoted into a outside sales representative position will come quickly. You will be joining an energetic, hard working, top sales rep team that will surely inspire you to go over and beyond.
Territory: Greater Montreal area
Work Place: 3 days a week at the office, 2 days home office
Products/Services: Transport
Salary: Base 60,000$ - 65,000$
Commissions/Bonus: 2,000$ per quarter

Expenses reimbursement: N.A.

Functions:
-Cold calling blitz (leads are provided)
-Assessing clients needs
-Qualifying leads
-New customer acquisition
-Build strong relationships with new and existing customer
-Create proposals
-Exceed sales objectives.
-Exceed minimum high activity expectations
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 30 % vs 70%
Road vs Office:0% vs 100%
Languages: Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Education: Bachelor's preferred but equivalent experience would be acceptable
Training: Virtual training + 1 week training in Toronto
Overnight Travel: N.A.
Years’ of experience:1 year in a similar role
