Profile: Our client manufactures high-pressure portable pumps, sells them domestically and internationally and is looking for an International Sales Manager to manage both direct sales and a channel partners across the world. Your role will be to evaluate and manage our channel partners, manage territory managers and grow this part of our business. Partners are located in Latin America, Asia and Europe. We are looking for someone with experience with experience building and managing channel partners and managing direct sales teams.
Territory: Asia, Latin America and Europe

Salary: Base $80,000-$90,000
Commissions/Bonus: $25,000-$30,000 bonus

Years of experience: At least 5 years experience in a similar role required

Functions:
- get familiar with our products through demos with clients
- meet and evaluate our channel partners
- meet and evaluate your direct reports; territory managers
- execute our strategic plan
- analyze our market and that of our competitors
- establish and run regular sales meetings
- perform 1on 1's
- set KPIs
- provide forecasts
- establish budget for tradeshows
- attend tradeshows
- perform a detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses of potential partners
