Profile: Our client sells recurring business services in the IT products and services field and is looking for a Sales Director to manage a small team, drive enterprise sales and who knows how to manage large, strategic accounts. Your role will be to guide your team, manage executive relationships and meet and exceed sales goals. You must be able to work within a smaller business whose customers are enterprise in nature.

Territory: Canada
Workplace: Home office (local to Montreal)
Products/Services: IT services and products
Salary: Base $120,000-$130,000 base
Commissions/Bonus: $30,000 at 100% of plan
Car allowance: $/km
Expense’s reimbursement:  All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions:
  • Set objectives with company president.
  • Drive new business through our current OEM partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive MRR growth through new client acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs for the team members.
  • Manage the sales department's budget and resources efficiently to achieve revenue targets
  • Implement a scalable and ever refining sales process through
    processes, marketing tools, training, and others
  • Ensure that CRM is up to date at all times

  
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
Road vs Office: 30% vs 70%
Languages: French and English 
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Training: On the job training provided on our business
Overnight Travel: 1 week every 2 months of overnight travel required
Years of experience: t least 5 years sales management experience managing and leading a team

  • You know how to interpret data from a CRM and act on it
  • You are skilled at long sales cycles
