Profile: We are looking for a bilingual technical sales rep for the Laval territory, to sell compressors to a mix of new and existing customers. The candidate that we seek, knows the compressor industry.
Territory: Laval and north shore
Workplace: Work from home (local to Montreal)
Products/Services: Compressors
Salary: Base $70,000-$75,000
Commissions/Bonus: Commissions $30,000 at 100% of objectives+ Bonus
Car allowance: Car allowance= $750+ gas card or vehicle provided
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Education: College degree or equivalent
Training: On the job training provided but must have a background in compressors
Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel required

Functions:
- Create and execute a business plan to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities to grow our market presence.
- Take the time to learn about each customer’s unique business needs and future plans to offer tailored solutions.
- Work on negotiating terms and finalizing proposals that benefit both our customers and our business.
- Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled smoothly and that records are up-to-date.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Support the Sales team with any tasks needed to help reach our collective goals.
Requirements:
