Company Profile:

Our client is a distributor of speciality advertising products and is looking to hire an inside account manager who will take care of his American and English Canadian customers. Your role will be to handle all inbound quote requests, drop in customers, inbound emails and tradeshows. This newly created position is to work closely with the company president and his major accounts. You will be responsible for the after sales service and ensuring the smooth day to day operations of those accounts.

Functions:

Serve all new walk in clients -Serve new clients via telephone
Provide a high level of customer service to our online clients (answer questions, take their orders and special demands and keep clients informed of our delivery and time delays) -Be the oncall person for Canadian holidays and some week ends and evenings
Develop the English Canadian and American market (phone screens, emails and mailings) -Represent the company during trade shows
Be responsible for the smooth running of the trade shows (planning of material, booth set up etc) -Occasionally meet clients face to face

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Excellent written and spoken English with some French needed
Experience At least 5 years in a similar position required
  You are great at prioritizing -You are autonomous and responsible -You have great interpersonal skills, are dynamic and a good communicator -Rigorous -Good tolerance of stress
