The Account Manager will be responsible for providing sales, support and customer service to a defined group of top customers in a specified geographic location. The primary focus of this role will be on client loyalty and retention with a secondary focus on new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with large corporate accounts (25%).
Develop and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers to maximize account penetration and customer satisfaction (20%).
Conduct prospect research, coordinate sales calls, and act as secondary contact for National Account Executives (20%).
Initiate post sales activities to ensure products/services sold are providing ongoing client benefits (15%).
Development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to grow new and existing business (10%).
Provide feedback to Marketing and the Director of National Sales regarding problems, public opinion, policy matters and/or competitor challenges (5%).
Assist in the analysis of trends and client usage for cost effectiveness (5%).

Job Requirements:

Academic Ideally in a technical field.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an industrial environment or transportation sales.
  Be autonomous Must have exceptional customer service skills
