Company Profile:

Our client manufactures products and services which are sold to municipalities and cities. They are looking for an inside sales representative who has ideally dealt with municipalities, cities and governments, that knows how public tenders work and is used to following up on them.


Develop a long-term relationship with your municipalities by communicating with them regularly
Inform your clients of monthly specials
Proactively contact customer base to understand their needs and concerns
Get familiar with the new public tenders that come out and track them for the company
Educate customer base as to changing conditions and the impact on their municipalities
Take care of equipment rentals when necessary
Perform regular follow ups with clients and the different stages of the tenders
Pass on sales leads to sales team as needed

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or equivalent experience needed *DEP in sales would be considered an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 to 3 years experience in B2B sales or dealing with municipalities and government
1 year + as an inside sales representative would be considered a major asset

Knows how to set priorities and deal with changing priorities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
