Salary: $48,000—$53,000

  • Take care of your client base (inbound calls, emails, projects)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through impeccable customer services
  • Use active listening and communication skills to understand your client's needs, analyze them and provide a solution.
  • Enter every information in the CRM
  • Facilitate implementation processes
  • Conduct training for the implemented solutions
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and support the sales team in their efforts in order to collectively meet company objectives.

Languages: English and French

Education: Post-secondary

Training: On-the-job training, but HR and Payroll services industry experience is preferred

Years of experience: 1–2 years of experience
