Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client provides services and software to governments across the world. We are looking to hire an international account executive who will be responsible for growing the business across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will spend 75% of your time developing new business. This involves a long and complex sales cycles where responding to RFP's and RFQ's is the norm. The person we seek has experience selling to governments or international organzations and speaks English, French and Spanish.

Territory: Latin America & the Caribbean

Work Place: South shore

Products/Services: Software and services

Salary: Base $80,000-$90,000

Commissions/Bonus: Up to $40,000

Car allowance: N/A

Expenses reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed and paid prior to business trip

  • Prospect potential clients (governments and international organizations)
  • Identify, qualify and secure new business
  • Develop and execute sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with international governments in your territory
  • Organize territory travel to ensure sales coverage
  • Respond to RFQ's and RFP's
  • Management and communication of multi-stage pipeline

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French, English and Spanish

Education: Bachelor's degree necessary, MBA preferred

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Up to 50% overnight travel required (2 to 4 weeks at a time)

Years’ of experience: 5 years relevant experience selling to governments and/or international organizations
