Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.


Our client is a manufacturer of tires and is looking for a territory sales rep with a minimum of 7 years successful territory management experience to manage dealers and hunt for new business. You will also be responsible for identifying and calling on fleet opportunities within your territory. The successful candidate knows how to build a business plan for their territory, work with dealer principals, their sales people and the end user to bring about a harmonious relationship. The candidate is also very comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty, to inspect and report back, any customer services issues as well as being in business attire to make presentations.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings (up to 200km radius from Montreal, majority of clients in Montreal region)

Work Place: Home office

Products/Services: Tires

Salary: Base $75,000-$85,000

Commissions/Bonus: at 100% of plan, 40% of base salary

Car allowance: Vehicle provided

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Manage existing dealers daily
  • Solicit fleet business within your territory
  • Work hand in hand with sales people at your distributors
  • Conduct product training with sales people at distributors
  • Develop and execute on business plan for your territory
  • Make sales calls with dealer sales people
  • Troubleshoot with client and report issues with the intention of resolving
  • Maintain fleet performance data

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 25% vs 75%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English

Education: University degree preferred but will consider work experience

Training: Full and detailed training provided

Overnight Travel: Up to 8 days per month of overnight required

Years’ of experience: A minimum of 7 years of successful territory management required
