Our client operates in the development and production of building automation and control systems. Their innovative products are sold arround the globe within the commercial sector. Sales are growing and they're on the lookout for an inside sales representative to coordinate and support the outside sales team.

Functions:

Support outside sales reps with potential and existing clients. Prepare and follow up on quotes as well as follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle
Respond to inbound calls/ leads and conduct exploratory calls in order to qualify clients and generate appointments for the external representatives
Collaborate with outside sales team in the preperation of client presentations and propositions based on information within the CRM
Streamline internal processes in order for outside reps to meet more clients and consequently close more sales
Ensure a positive and professional client experience in order to promote long term business relations with our team and company
Manage external and internal pressure to maximize effeciency
When necessary, help in the organization for participation in conferences and trade shows
Administrative support such as booking travel and meetings, preparing expense reports maybe required

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 years experience in a similar role
5 to 7 years work experience
  Discretion and maturity in handling confidential documents and information
Ability to set and manage priorities
Strong organizational skills
