Our client is a manufacturer of medical equipment sold to medical specialists; namely orthopedists, sports doctors and general physicians. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing a team, putting KPIs in place, territory management and establishing sales processes. You must come from the industry and have strong relationships with these kinds of clients. We are looking for a roll up your sleeves, hard-working kind of woman/man who loves being in the heart of the action and affecting change.

Functions:

Spend most of your time on the road with your reps -Evaluate and make changes to territory plan (if need be)
Coach your reps in field -Establish KPIs to ensure success
Perform demos along with your reps -Set up a territory plan whereby you identify your A, B and C customers with a specific plan of action
Scope new market opportunities and inform and discuss with upper management

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 8 years in a similar role needed
