Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm specialized in industrial and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) They are seeking an experienced Technical Reprsentative to join their progressive and dynamic team.

Functions:

On site visits and engineering evaluations;
Sales, market development, and client support;
Qualify clients as per company policy
Prepare complete project estimates for approval before submitting proposals;
Prepare proposals and submit to clients;
Produce weekly reports on activities in accordance with pre-set action plan;
HVAC engineering with the support of our engineer;
Prepare budgets in accordance with company policies and project needs for sold projects
Complete administrative tasks associated to your position
Assist with collection of accounts payable when required.

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree in Building Services, Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years + technical sales experience within the HVAC industry
  Good knowledge of the sales process
Have a thirst for knowledge
Excellent negotiation, priority and time management skills
Be a team player
