Profile: Our client is an international leader in the transport and logistics industry. They are hiring for a newly created marketing coordinator role. We are looking for a multi-skilled marketing professional, who can support various departments, assist in creating and implementing offline and online strategies, manage projects and events, manage and conduct brand awareness campaigns, create content and presentations, coordinate PR, and execute communication plan. Contribute to the brand image and raise awareness by organizing and executing marketing initiatives, communicating with the PR teams and external companies, and negotiate media placements.
Support marketing operations by compiling, organizing, formatting, and reporting information and materials as per request
Write and edit marketing copy, announcements, and materials for media.
Support the Marketing led by executing creative concepts from initial idea to final conception
Develop processes, troubleshoot, and implement strategies that make departments more autonomous for all their marketing/branding initiatives including presentations, logos, prints…
Establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments, and coordinate mailing lists
Manage signage and print production for all assets and offices
Support the sales department by reviewing presentations, offline and online to ensure they are aligned with the corporate branding strategy
Analyze marketing activities performance and recommend improvements
Enter and keep track of the marketing expenses
Manage inventory of marketing material, supplies, and library
Support Marketing team with advertising and social media
Plan and coordinate trade shows, B2B events, conferences, PR, presentations, and maintaining the annual event calendar
Assist with event logistics on the ground with the sales and HR teams, brand ambassadors, media, and influencers.
80% traditional marketing 20% digital marketing

Languages: English is perfectly written and spoken, and functional French (ability to communicate)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or any related field
Training: complete training plan with the training manager

Years of experience: 3–5 years in the same role, you must have shown job stability in the past.
