Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of gears and motors and is looking for a channel manager; technical in nature to sell to distributors and end users. Your role will be to manage the customers that we already have, accompany distributors' reps on end user sales calls, train distributor reps and call on end user clients. To be successful in this role, it takes someone with technical knowledge/ability to learn something technical, organized, detail-oriented and someone who has a growth mentality. You will spend your days in the field, implicated in deals as well as getting our product specified at engineering firms. Please provide your resume in English.

Products/Services: Gears & Motors

Salary: Base of $70,000-$90,000

Commissions/Bonus: Approximately $28,000 annually

Car allowance: Vehicle provided, insurance, gas and repairs paid

Expenses reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English

Education: Post-secondary school or engineering and experience

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: 1x per month

Years’ of experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
