Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client produces a SaaS-based software which is sold to medium and large sized companies. They are looking for an inside sales rep who will call on new prospects and manage all inbound requests for information. This hunter role is for someone who has sold within the IT industry or software. The successful inside rep can sell the ability to do things better rather than selling a price. You are comfortable with weekly and monthly goals and speaking selling to IT professionals. This is a collaborative environment and the person we seek is a team player with a track record

Territory: Quebec and Rest of Canada

Work Place: North Shore (Laval area)

Products/Services: Software/IT services

Salary: Base $50,000- $70,000

Commissions/Bonus: App $20,000 per year

Car allowance: N/A

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100% except 1 or 2 trade shows per year

Languages: Bilingualism needed (French & English)

Education:   Bachelor's degree or   equivalent experience needed

Training: Full on the job training required

Overnight Travel: None except 1 or 2 trade shows per year

Years’ of experience: 3+ years in a similar role needed
