Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. (


Our client is a translation and localization firm with offices on an international scale. They are a SME company in growth, they want to expand by adding someone who's gonna support the sales team. This person will be responsible for managing a client portfolio for the North American team. You must have experience in sales of services and skills in customer relationships. You don't like prospecting but you have a sales DNA? Maybe this role is for you!

Territory: North America

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Translation and localization services

Salary: $45 000

Commissions/Bonus: Monthly bonus according to performances

Car allowance: NA

Expenses reimbursement: Expenses for work will be reimbursed

Management of your client base

Making sure administrative procedures are respected during sales process

Respond to quote requests related to the specific needs of each of your clients.

Question and probe the needs of your client base

Management of the process from the receipt of requests to the acceptance of submissions

Preparing the projects for the production department and monitor the process of each request

Working in collaboration with various internal departments (sales, production, accounting department)

Collecting invoices from customers who have reached their due date

Be on the look out to constantly increase customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 0% VS 100%

Road vs Office: 0% VS 100%

Languages: Both French and English, written and spoken

Education: Diploma in a related field would be highly considered

Training: 1 week outside of the country and on-going training in Montreal

Overnight Travel: 1 week per year outside of the country for meeting purpose with the head quarter

Years’ of experience: 1 year selling services

Other requirements:

Knowing how to build relationships with clients is a major asset for this position.
Hunting for new opportunities within existing accounts
Flexibility, adaptability, initiative and rigour
