Profile: Our client is looking for a Call Center Manager with strong leadership skills and great people management skills. Your role will be to assess the functioning of the center, make recommendations and work through a technology implementation. You will be managing customer service reps who require hands on guidance in their day to day activities. You will identify process improvement areas, work on employee morale and establish performance assessments and   execute on them. This is a 6 month contract.   • Work with the Senior management team to develop and implement the best in the class service model, balancing the needs of the customer and the Company.  
  • Play a key role in the integration of our telephony platform in the local market
  • Implement new standards and practices in order to shift how we operate and what we deliver as a broader team, including examining potential team restructure
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to the employees
  • Work closely with senior management and internal and external clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalation

Overnight Travel: 1X every 2 weeks

Years’ of experience:7-10 years call center management experience needed
