Job Description:

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client sells products and services to companies who handle dangerous materials and goods and who are mandated by the government to dispose of and handle them carefully. We seek a Business development coordinator who will be calling out to accounts for recurrent training as well as scheduling appointments for Business Development Manager.

Salary: Base $45 000 to $50 000

Functions  :

  • Providing office and administrative support for both BDM and local branch
  • Schedule appointments for BDM with both current and prospective accounts
  • Prospecting and qualifying prospective accounts
  • Reporting for Business Development Manager and Sales Manager
  • Recording in CRM all customer related activities
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in CRM
  • Preparing and reporting on quotations and sales contracts
  • Maintaining and updating client agreements
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's diverse product and services portfolio

Languages: French and English

Education: College degree would be an asset
