Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client is an outsource development company selling cloud-based applications and much more. They offer tailor-made solutions adapted for technology companies. Well established, but growing, they are looking for sales people who'll be working from home and developing a national territory. One hundred percent of your time will be spent developing new accounts. You will develop major deals, so you must have some experience managing long sales cycles, however, we're not looking to hire someone from the industry. This is a real chance for someone who has a track record in sales and who's looking to step in the new technology world.
Territory: Canada

Workplace: Home office (you must be located in Montreal or surroundings)

Products/services: Custom software, cloud-based app and IT solutions

Salary: $50,000 - $ 60,000

Commissions and bonuses: 60,000 at 100% of your plan (year 1)

Car allowance: KM reimbursed

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed by the company

-Build new account acquisition strategies and work towards them

-Development of business opportunities through prospecting and networking

-Maintain and grow relationships with accounts you developed

-Work in collaboration with main executives but also technical stakeholders

-Understand your client's goals and objectives in order to guide them in this direction

-Manage the complex sales process from start to end, involving the right people both internally and externally

-Act as a business and technology advisor while involving the right departments that will be needed to complete your client's IT projects

-Maintain a healthy pipeline and report your sales activities to your sales manager

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance:  100% VS 0%

Road vs Office:   20% VS 80%

Languages: Both French and English

Education: University degree is prefered

Training: Training will be provided by the company  

Overnight Travel: NA

Years’ of experience: 1-3 years strategic selling

Other requirements:

You have strong skills in business development
You are oriented towards KPIs and quota over achievements

Transferable contacts: Contacts within software companies will be an asset

Transferable Knowledge: You must be tech savy
