•Plan and execute an average of 5-6 pre-booked calls per day. A sales call can last 15 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. •Develop and maintain customer relationships by responding to all customer requests within 24 hours, performing customer call follow-up activities and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. •Visit every client each 6 to 8 weeks.
•Grow sales by shifting opticians, ophtalmologists and optometrists behaviors to dispense priority products as their core/first choice product line. •Selling complete “portfolio” of products •Use creativity and innovation in your sales approach. Present highly individualized presentations to appeal to unique customer personalities and needs. •Welcome client objection and establish a good consultative sales relationship.
•Execute marketing activities and promotions in order to maximize sales results with targeted customers. •Participate in and network with customers at conventions, educational events, etc.
•Perform all administrative responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have a minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Equivalency example: Technical College Degree accompanied with substantial sales or industry experience
Languages Perfectly bilingual French & English (written and spoken)
Experience The candidate must have sales experience in business consultative selling methodologies.
  Licenses: Valid Driver’s License is mandatory Dynamic, positive, energic personnality and autonomous
