48 000,00$-55 000,00$/Yr

Our client is involved in the provision of audit, tax and transaction advisory services. Their professional services are used by all of the Fortune 1000 accounts.


Assign appropriate client service personnel to engagements by assessing information presented, reviewing options available and presenting recommendations based on area policies and client requirements (complexity of engagement, expertise required, etc.)
Regularly communicate with engagement team leaders to discuss staffing requirements for their clients, and to gain an understanding of specific engagement needs, deadlines and engagement economics. Challenge hours and personnel scheduled as appropriate to ensure efficient utilizition of resources.
Fill open needs as identified; proactively investigate projects that may be able to release individuals to meet requirements
Resolve conflicts with engagement team members to ensure appropriate solutions are identified in a timely manner considering engagement requirements and developmental goals of staff supported. Negotiate with engagement team leaders to shift time or create individual availability in order to meet staffing priorities for the office/region
Monitor unassigned resources, act as primary point of contact for local unassigned staff; proactively identify assignments
Promote and monitor the sharing of resources; network with other team members across regions and service lines to address resource needs and/or conflicts, balance workloads and maximize opportunities for all staff.
Participate in regional conference calls
Maintain databases and staffing software regarding relevant client/engagement data, staff preferences, skills and any restrictions

Job Requirements:

Academic *University degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years business experience
  Very strong communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient at negotiation skills and conflict management
Strong client service focus--responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
Possess strong problem solving skills
Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
Possess outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, able to work independently and as an effective part of a virtual team
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks - strong organizational skills
