They provides real-time solutions such as vehicle and asset management and stolen vehicle recovery.


?Recruit about 20 to 30 agents in Quebec and Ontario in order to distribute and sell our products to different companies. ?When agent is choosen to sell our product, take care of the contract preparation and negociate with this agent establishing quota, commission plans and incentive programs to maximize the promotion of our product.
?Ensure the support of the representatives of the agent by giving required information and the specific training depending on the identified needs. ?Resolve any problem or conflict that could happen in the distribution channel.
?Follow-up on sold units by each agent and take required actions to reach company objectives. ?Prepare weekly reports and the monthly, quarterly and annually results projections required by Management and the Board.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have an university degree in administration or the equivalent.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience ?Proven experience in building of a distribution agent network (B2B) in Quebec and in Ontario ; ?Minimum of 10 years in sales in electronic or telecom industry or any other relevant industries; ?Has worked in small or medium enterprise.
